● Lifeline - I'm worried about someone - Lifeline Australia
○ Call a crisis line like Lifeline 13 11 14 or Triple Zero (000) if life is in danger. If you can get in straight away, visit a GP or psychologist. Offer to make the appointment and accompany them if it is their wish. Even if the danger is not immediate they may need longer-term support for the issues that led to them feeling this way.

○ A digital mental health organisation caters to both young individuals and their parents, offering practical resources and tools to address common challenges. Additionally, it furnishes parents with targeted information to assist them in supporting their teenagers effectively.

○ Information, support, advocacy or referral for family members or friends who are supporting a person with mental health issues

● Mental Health Foundation Australia
○ National Mental Health Helpline offers emotional and practical support to families, carers and individuals with mental health issues. The response team does not provide counselling but can arrange a call back from a trained psychologist or counsellor

○ Information and peer support for families trying to rebuild their lives after the death of a child, sibling or grandchild, from trained volunteers with lived experience
