Daniel SandersList Item 1
Daniel Sanders is the chaplain of the Seymour Football Netball Club. As an ordained minister with Australian Christian Churches for over 20 years, Daniel has experience in assisting people in a wide variety of life situations. Daniel has a diploma in community services and is accredited with Sports Chaplaincy Australia where he also serves as a board member and brings the strength and experience of this organisation to his role here at the Lions.

I am a passionate advocate for mental health, holding a Diploma of Community Services and Mental Health. With a deep commitment to supporting others, I want to actively promote mental wellness within the Seymour Community and the Seymour Football Netball Club. I am dedicated to raising awareness, breaking down stigma, and creating supportive environments for individuals to seek help and prioritize their mental health. My work reflects my genuine care for the wellbeing of those around me, making a positive impact in both my professional and community roles.

Ebony Marshall (Eb) is a Seymour local with a deep commitment to supporting her community. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, she aspires to offer mental health support upon graduation. With a background as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Life Coach, Eb brings a wealth of knowledge in fostering physical wellbeing and helping individuals develop healthier habits. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for the SFNC, providing valuable education and resources to promote overall wellbeing.

I’m a Registered Nurse currently working in the Emergency Department at Austin Health and a long term member of the Seymour Football Netball Club (SFNC). I’m deeply committed to mental health advocacy, driven by personal experiences that have shaped my understanding and empathy for others facing similar struggles. By using the skills and tools from my own mental health journey, I strive to break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage others to seek support within SFNC and our community. I am dedicated to promoting mental wellness by raising awareness, fostering supportive environments, and empowering individuals to prioritize their well-being. My strong commitment stems from a sincere care for others’ well-being, creating a meaningful impact in both my professional and personal life. I want to provide an environment that is accessible and inclusive for those wanting to access mental health support.
